What Excel does on its own
Excel does not scan business cards. It can insert data from a picture of a printed table, but that feature does not read a card into contact columns. So you need a scanner app that exports to Excel or CSV.

How do I scan business cards into Excel?

Is the Excel export a live sync?
No. The Excel and CSV export is a file you download when you need it. For a live sync, connect a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. See CRM sync.
What columns does the export include?
The contact data you captured plus what Swopi AI added, such as email, phone, job title, seniority, LinkedIn, company, website, industry, size, country and the event name.
Can I export only the leads from one event?
Each lead carries the event name, so you can filter the Event column in Excel and keep only the leads from that event.
Is the data stored safely?
