What Outlook does on its own
Outlook itself has no business card scanner today. Microsoft used to offer card scanning through the Microsoft Lens app, but it retired Lens in 2026 and points users to the OneDrive app, which scans documents as files, not as contacts (Microsoft Support). So to turn a card into an Outlook contact, you need a separate app.
