The CES 2026 exhibitor registration guide says exhibitors can order Lead Retrieval from the registration dashboard to scan CES badges and capture leads on site. It gives no price or product details. Check your CES 2027 exhibitor dashboard for the current offer.

The visitor badge

The CES exhibitor guide says the company name is printed on badges and that exhibitor personnel badges carry a photo. Swopi reads the printed name and company and any QR code.

How to get more from your stand at CES

  • Expect long walks between campuses

    CES uses 12 venues in three campuses. Visitors walk a lot and do not come back easily. Capture the lead while you talk instead of promising to find the person later.

  • Write down the language and country

    In 2026, 55,841 attendees came from abroad, from 141 countries (CES audit). Cards may be in many languages. The Swopi card scanner reads paper cards in any language, so you do not need to retype them.

  • Separate press and investors from buyers

    The show ends on Saturday 9 January. Las Vegas is on Pacific time, nine hours behind Central Europe. If your team is in Europe, schedule the emails so they arrive in the morning in the reader's time zone.

  • Capture meetings held outside the hall

    CES also offers private meeting spaces and hospitality suites for exhibitors (see the exhibitor guides). If you host people there, scan them too and name the event in the lead, so your sales team can tell a CES lead from any other.
