The official lead service
The public IFA pages we checked do not name an official lead retrieval service or price. The IFA exhibit page points exhibitors to a Contractor Zone portal for services. Your exhibitor manual and that portal list the official offer, if there is one, so check them there.
The visitor badge
The IFA app asks users to log in with their registered email and badge ID, so IFA badges carry an ID (IFA app). Visitor badges show a name and company and carry a code for the organiser's scanner. Swopi reads the printed name and company and any QR code.
How to get more from your stand at IFA Berlin
Use the hours before private visitors arrive
Trade visitors can enter from 9:30. On Friday, private visitors enter from 12:00, and on Saturday to Tuesday from 10:00 (IFA). Friday morning is the best time for business talks.
Only scan people who could buy or partner
IFA had 240,000 visitors in 2026, and private visitors are part of that crowd. A lead list full of private visitors is not useful to sales. Ask what the person does, and scan the business contacts.
Separate press, retailers and sourcing buyers
IFA reports over 5,200 media representatives and runs IFA Global Markets, a sourcing marketplace for OEM and ODM buyers (IFA). Press, retailers and sourcing buyers need three different emails. Add a tag when you scan.
Cards in many languages
